At Freedom we have good people that do not qualify for bank financing due to a small mishap that may have happened years ago or maybe they went through a rough spot and missed a payment or two a few years ago. Either way we have many good families that are financially stable, able and willing to buy their dream homes. We just need some investors who love to make dreams come true.
Freedom currently holds over a MILLION DOLLARS in mortgages and has more opportunity than funds currently allow.
We offer opportunities to our investors and we finance people who:
Have job stability
Have at least 40% equity in land or 40% down-payment
Have the income to support the payment
Are willing to pay 12% interest rate until refinanced or paid in full
We help our clients work on their credit and encourage them to refinance as soon as possible so we can re-invest the money into another family.
We like to think of this program as a jump start in helping our clients improve their lives.
